Biolabs should reduce pollution
Basically what it says in the title, or at least after Biofuel Processing is enabled. I mean, basically what it's doing is taking Catnip, which grows using sunlight and CO2, and processing the carbon in it into oil, so it seems like there should be some CO2 removed from the atmosphere at a rate that's proportional to how much oil is being produced by biolabs. How much should biolabs absorb? Well, magnetos run by burning oil, and and they produce 5 pollution per tick while consuming 0.05 oil per tick, so that means burning 1 unit of oil produces 100 units of pollution. A biolab produces .1 oil per second, or 0.02 oil per tick (at 5 ticks per second), so 1 biolab with Biofuel Processing researched should remove 2 units of pollution per tick, if it had perfect efficiency.
