Can you sell all but 1 building, before you upgrade it? For example, if I had 70 pastures and sold 69, will I gain resources, in part, back, THEN upgrade to the solar farm with no consequences towards its production?
Selling the first 20% or so is worth it if you can use those resources to build something else. But after that, the amount returned just isn’t worth bothering with, as you get less refund since they cost less to buy when you had fewer of them.
