Problem is … I don’t see “offline progression” anywhere & the Wiki doesn’t say anything further.
So … where is this setting? Is it dependent on an upgrade and/or building?

No, I’m using Classic.
I can just be super oblivious to the obvious at times. I do it often enough with work related things as well.
… although, my scroll bar is quite a bit narrower than yours is.
