I’m not in midgame yet, but I think I’m in the late stages of early game. I’m on run 5, working on saving paragon up to buy Renaissance (which is the only price-reduction Metaphysic I have left), and I’m pretty much sitting here grinding mansions and space stations (huts and log houses are maxed out).
What I’m wondering is, what run do y’all normally start getting into time crystals and such? that seems like the obvious next step, it just also seems like waiting a billion years to have enough alicorns to make some isn’t the smartest thing either.

I’m in run 6 with 493 paragon, and 71 karma. I wasn’t able to grow my paragon enough to get Renaissance in run 5, so I started over. I don’t have the 750 needed to get it this run, either, but I’ll get it next. I hope to get Anachronomancy next run, as well.
However, I’ve been playing with TCs heavily (for me, at least) in this run. I managed to ramp up my Unicorns, buy upgrades, and now have 17 Unicorn Utopias, and 21 Sunspires (plus a bunch of other smaller things - they all contribute), and generate 450 Unicorns a second, plus I’m getting about .01 Alicorns a second.
I’m now working on Relic Station (waiting on Antimatter - I have 29 Sunlifters), and will play from there.
